Personal Edge PT – Covid19/Social Distancing Protocol
As part of the health care sector, Physical Therapy is considered an essential business.
Our employees play an important role in the health and well-being of our patients and the communities we serve. The department of homeland security has listed physical therapy as essential providers. Per homeland security, we have a special responsibility to maintain our normal work schedule. Physical therapists are essential in flattening the curve of Covid -19 pandemic. They play a key role in keeping people they can help out of the doctor offices and ERs. This will not only free up the medical teams to treat those impacted by Covid-19, but also limit the exposure to those seeking the care of the physical therapist.
We will remain open for business and are accepting new patients. We are open in limited hours in an effort to adhere to public health guidelines. If you are post operative or feel you cannot wait 30 days for your next physical therapy appointment, please call our office to schedule your appointment at 925-556-4310. We are limiting the number of appointments we have in a day and may also ask you to move/change your appointment time to have less people in the facility at any given time.
There will be no penalties for cancellations and missed appointments until further notice.
